This iTPA tennis training continuing education course focuses on Olympic Weightlifting for Tennis. It includes video clips of over 3 hours of technique instruction showing detailed Olympic lifting exercises, auxiliary lifts, screenings & progressions with real athletes. Designed specifically for training tennis athletes.

The purpose of this course is to provide the tennis coach, Tennis Performance Trainer (TPT), Certified Tennis Performance Specialist (CTPS), personal trainer, athletic trainer, physical therapist or other individual working with tennis athletes with the needed information for appropriately using Olympic Lifting.
Counts as 75 iTPA CPE credits.
